Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:

  Source candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.

• Screening and Shortlisting:

  Conduct initial candidate screenings through calls or emails to evaluate skills and qualifications.

• Interview Coordination:

  Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

• Candidate Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Client Interaction:

  Work with the recruitment team to understand client needs and assist in fulfilling staffing requirements.

• Database Management:

  Update and maintain the candidate database and track recruitment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:

  Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to communicate confidently with candidates and clients.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

• Attention to Detail:

  Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

• Team Player:

  Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Comfortable using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR (Internship/Part-time/Training) would be a plus but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of US Staffing is a plus, but training will be provided.
