It includes voice-first design, animated journeys, and gamified forms tailored for low-literacy, multilingual, mobile-first users in Bharat. As a UI/UX Designer at 3i Consulting Pvt. Ltd., your key responsibilities will include designing end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile apps for various purposes such as farmer onboarding, credit, insurance, subsidy flows, and conversational AI with voice UX in Hindi and regional languages. You will be translating product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, working closely with frontend/backend developers to ensure a pixel-perfect handoff. Additionally, you will design with accessibility and localization in mind, create modular design systems, and conduct user research and rapid usability testing with real Bharat users. Visual storytelling through micro animations, farm-themed UI metaphors, and illustrations will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with designing for low-literate or semi-digital users, exposure to gamification, conversational interfaces, and voice UX, experience with design systems and component libraries, and a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world user-first design. Additionally, familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Lottie for animations, Notion, and Miro for collaboration is preferred. Knowledge of basic frontend languages like HTML/CSS/Tailwind for developer handoff would be a bonus. Working at 3i Consulting Pvt.
