Associate, Treasures Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with an AUM greater than INR 20 Million through a need-based approach. Your main goal will be to ensure client coverage and product penetration through cross-selling and up-selling of DBS products and services. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining high customer satisfaction and service levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas - Deepen wallet share of existing customers through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives - Ensure activation of e-Channels and Savings Book growth - Implement and execute product strategies through effective relationship management - Develop client trust and loyalty for long-term relationships with DBS - Drive exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to sales processes - Deliver exemplary service delivery by building appropriate workflows and processes Qualifications Required: - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage - Graduate or Post Graduate with an MBA in a relevant field Note: The job description did not contain any additional details about the company.,
