Associate, Treasures Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with AUM => INR 20 Million through a need-based approach to ensure client coverage and product penetration by cross-selling and up-selling DBS products and services. You will manage and maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management internally with DBS Service, Distribution, and Product team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas - Deepen wallet share of existing customers through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives - Activate e-Channels and ensure Savings Book growth - Implement product strategies through effective relationship management - Develop trust and loyalty with clients for entrenched relationship with DBS - Ensure optimum product mix for customer level profitability - Deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales process - Provide exemplary service delivery by building appropriate workflows and processes **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10 years of experience in HNI Sales/Wealth Management/Private Banking segment - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage - Graduate/Post Graduate with an MBA in a relevant field **Additional Company Details:** DBS India focuses on performance through value-based propositions, customer delight, and maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
