It is essential to learn and understand sales procedures, acquire product knowledge, and observe and emulate sales representatives to meet set targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and receive customers warmly, understand their needs, and showcase products effectively. - Assist customers with sales returns or repair work, calculate product estimates, and achieve category-wise sales targets. - Learn billing procedures, product knowledge, and stay updated on market trends and competitor products. - Assist in stock counting, tallying, and ensure careful handling of ornaments. - Support visual merchandising activities and maintain product displays and presentation standards. - Learn marketing techniques, support in-store events, and assist in below-the-line marketing activities. - Ensure on-the-job training in various sections and demonstrate integrity in all interactions. - Adhere to standard operating procedures, seek self-development opportunities, and participate in training programs. - Identify training needs, adhere to grooming standards, and participate in sales training activities. **Qualification Required:** - Educational Qualification: HSC - Age: 21-27 - Experience: Fresher In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you may be assigned additional tasks or projects from time to time.
