Associate Trainee (NON-TECHNICAL)

Role Overview: As an Associate Trainee (NON-TECHNICAL) at WINWAY WORLD OFFICES in Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P., your main responsibility will be to consult with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates. You will be in charge of the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions. Additionally, you will self-screen the resumes of consultants to understand their profiles before marketing and maintain regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with hiring managers to understand roles and ideal candidate profiles. - Conduct full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiate, and close candidates. - Self-screen resumes of consultants before marketing. - Interact and follow-up with Bench consultants to identify their needs and place them on projects promptly. - Build a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring Manager contacts. - Manage the complete cycle of Bench Marketing to ensure successful placements. - Maintain and grow business from existing and new client relationships to enhance marketing capabilities. Qualifications Required: - MBA & B.E/B.Tech, MCA from all branches (2024 & 2025 batches). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail. - Proactiveness and individual leadership qualities.
