We are hiring for Technical Support (Voice Process) to join our dynamic team supporting the North American Process (Night Shift).

Job Details:

1. Position: Associate Technical Support Engineer
2. Process: International Voice Process

3. Experience

   : Freshers to 4 years (All are welcome to apply!)
4. Shift: Night Shift (Cabs provided for night shifts; Day shift during training (One Month)- own transport required)

Work Schedule:

1. Training Period: 6 days/week
2. Post-Training: 5 days/week (Rotational two off)
3. Work Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
4. Education: Undergraduates are also eligible

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English).
2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
3. Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
4. Immediate joiners only.
5. No leaves allowed during training.

Key Skills:

1. OS troubleshooting (Windows XP, 8, 10)
2. Hardware and network troubleshooting
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, VPNs, AD, DNS, and DHCP
4. Familiarity with Network Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP)
5. SLA management and ticketing

Interview Process (6 Rounds):

1. Initial Screening

2. Written Assessment

3. Technical Round

4. HR Discussion
