Review for completeness of all maintenance and operational documentation (including maintenance checks, work orders, Technical Logbook ).
Continuously input data into Aircraft Maintenance information System (MIS) Ensuring that the records are maintained and updated to the highest quality standard in both documentation and in the Maintenance Information System (MIS) with regards to Continuing Airworthiness Management.
Provides Technical support for Aircrafts Induction / Leasing / Re-delivery and Airworthiness Review
Compilation / amendment of aircraft configuration control documents Back to birth file for Engine, APU, Propeller, Landing gear LLP s.
Aircraft Inspection Report components file, HTC file, Structure file
Original documents folder (Delivery doc s).Maintenance summary status reports, Last done next due (LDND) tasks as per approved AMP.
Contribute to Kardex configuration update activity
Address quality finding on Technical records and launch necessary actions towards the various actors (MRO, MOC-MCC, Technical Services ) to align
- documentation and MIS content
Actively reports safety related issues and any other FTM related issues, and in relation, participates in the whole process of finding a resolution to avoid future
reoccurrence
Guaranteeing an excellent level of service with the local teams in charge of the interface with the customer

Key Responsibilities:

Record vetting of aircraft documents (TLP s / WPO / WO etc) for obvious discrepancies and

completeness as laid down in the various company documents.

Follow up on all reported discrepancies as the Discrepancy Register.

Specialized knowledge and skills:

Education:

Minimum degree holder in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of an year of experience in the domain of MRO Operations and Fleet Technical Management / CAMO / in Technical Records domain activities.

And those candidates with experience in airline operations / aircraft maintenance along with customer facing experience will also be preferred

Knowledge towards regulations constraints, continued airworthiness management is required along with the exposure at any of these maintenance information systems (AMASIS, RAMCO, AMOS) is desirable.

Should be highly organized and structured, capacity to work in unstable environment with good spoken and written English

Those candidates with relevant experience ranges between (1 - 3) years are suitable for this requirement.
