Job Description

Manage trade settlements, including processing customer requests to schedule shipments and entering them into SAP GTM.
Ensure accurate and timely input of commodity purchase and sales orders/contracts, including amendments.
Create and apply tickets in SAP, process freight adjustments, quality claim settlements, and payment proposals.
Prepare daily reports as per business requirements and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with commercial teams when customer contract pricing is needed for shipments and match those pricings to load orders.
Handle dispute cases, including corrections of shipment and invoices.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Agri-business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Agri-commodity execution/finance.
Competencies include continuous improvement initiatives, attention to detail, people management, and a customer-focused approach.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities are required, along with leadership, interpersonal skills, and trade settlement expertise.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Experience in Bunge (NYSE: BG) is preferred.
