Our tele sales and lead generation teams play a vital role in connecting the right people with the right services — including specialized campaigns such as legal intake support for U.S. law firms.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Team Lead – Tele sales & Lead Generation to assist in leading a team of outbound agents. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing lead quality, ensuring team productivity, and helping achieve business targets through focused coaching and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising a team of tele sales executives working on outbound lead generation campaigns.

Monitor agent performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and lead conversion rates.

Provide on-floor support, live coaching, and handle real-time queries or escalations.

Deliver regular feedback and performance reviews to improve individual and team outcomes.

Contribute to training sessions for new hires and refresher trainings for existing staff.

Ensure adherence to scripts, campaign guidelines, and compliance protocols.

Coordinate with QA, compliance, and reporting teams for continuous process improvement.

Prepare daily and weekly performance summaries and submit reports to management.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and consistent achievement.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in outbound tele sales or lead generation (U.S. campaigns).

At least 6 months of leadership or mentoring experience in a BPO or call center environment.

Excellent verbal communication, listening, and team-handling skills.

Strong analytical and reporting abilities using CRM or dialer tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.

Flexible to work in US Shifts.
