Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to meet the talent acquisition needs of the organization. Responsibilities include: - Posting job openings on various platforms - Sourcing candidate profiles from job sites, social media, and referrals - Screening and scheduling interviews - Conducting initial telephonic screenings - Managing candidate cycle documents - Providing timely updates and communicating with candidates - Handling data management requests - Managing work queues and daily transaction volumes - Generating daily reports on volumes and SLAs - Sending job offers as part of offer management - Monitoring, tracking, and reporting hiring progress - Managing a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles - Responding promptly and comprehensively to requests and communications - Effectively managing multiple tasks to ensure timely completion with accuracy - Ensuring strict adherence to maintaining compliance with SLAs and organizational standards Skills and Knowledge required: - Proficiency in ATS/ HRIS tools like SAP-Success Factor - Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, and Adobe - Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR Services processes - Ability to build rapport and manage client expectations - Deep understanding of HR processes, channels, or vertical markets relevant to the role Work Details: - Shift: Middle East - Shift Window: General Shift (9:00 am - 8:00 pm) - Working days: Office-based, all 5 days (initially at least for 4 months) - Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday - No office transport provided Qualifications: - 1-2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Middle Eastern countries - Graduate in any discipline or equivalent degree - Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices - Good written and verbal communication skills Required Skills: - Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and screening - Understanding of the recruitment cycle Preferred Skills: - Experience working with MEA clients - Experience with SuccessFactor - Knowledge of Arabic is a plus,
