Job Description

The core objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to fulfill the organizations talent acquisition requirements.

Accountabilities:-

o Job Posting on different platforms

o Sourcing profiles from various job sites, social media, and referrals

o Screening and scheduling interviews

o Conducting first level of telephonic screenings

o Candidate cycle document management

o Ensure candidate communication and provide timely updates

o Handling all requests for data management

o Managing work queues & daily transactional volumes

o Daily Reporting on volumes and SLA s

o Create and send job offers as part of offer management

o Monitoring, tracking and reporting of hiring progress

o Pipeline Management by keep a list of potential candidates for future roles

o Responds promptly and thoroughly to requests, findings, and communications

o Effectively manages multiple tasks ensuring timely completion with accuracy

o Ensures 100% adherence in maintaining compliance with SLAs and organizational standards

Skills & Knowledge: -

Strong Knowledge of ATS/ HRIS tool (e.g., SAP-Success Factor)

Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams Adobe

Working Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or HR Services processes

Skills in building rapport and managing client expectations

Deep understanding of HR processes, channels, or vertical markets relevant to the role
