Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role includes attend the tickets raised by clients which are beyond the limit of Service Desk, discuss with client to understand their concern, provide scripts for data corrections, prepare RCA for issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide data requested by clients Write scripts to do data corrections Verify report issues Attend issues escalated by Service Desk
Skills and Competencies:
Provide data requested by clients. Write scripts to do data corrections. Verify report issues. Attend issues escalated by Service Desk SQL Server Script writing skills Spreadsheet operations and functions. Presentation Tool Strong verbal and written communication Skills Knowledge of Banking or its alternate channels
Central Bank-related reports knowledge Debugging SP, function and trigger
Educational Qualifications:
BE/BTech-IT/Com Science | BCA Master’s in Computer Application | MTech
Mush Have:
Knowledge of banking domain
Required Experience:
2-6 Years
