Description
As an Associate in AMPIN Energy Transitions Strategic Investments team, your role will involve driving special projects and vendor development in solar manufacturing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project Management & Special Projects Execution: - Lead and support end-to-end project management for key strategic initiatives in solar manufacturing, green hydrogen, and BESS. - Ensure timely execution of projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Develop project timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies. - Solar Manufacturing Vendor Development & Finalization: - Identify and assess potential vendors, suppliers, and technology partners for solar manufacturing. - Lead vendor evaluation processes, including capability assessment, cost analysis, and quality benchmarking. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and partnership structures with vendors. - Ensure alignment of vendor selection with AMPIN's long-term strategic objectives. - Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: - Support strategic alliances, joint ventures, and investment decisions. - Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities and expansion strategies. - Assist in due diligence, contract negotiations, and partnership structuring. - Presentation & Leadership Support: - Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and business proposals for senior leadership. - Support the CEO in conference presentations, investor meetings, and policy discussions. Additionally, you will: - Conduct market research & competitive analysis to evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities. - Develop detailed financial models and analysis to support investment decisions and strategic planning. - Stay updated on technological advancements in solar manufacturing, green hydrogen, and BESS to assess their business impact. - Assist in due diligence processes related to potential investments, partnerships, and acquisitions. Ideal qualifications for this role include: - Education: B.Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 College. - Experience: 1+ years in project management, corporate strategy, supply chain, or vendor management. - Knowledge of solar manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and vendor ecosystems. - Experience in vendor negotiations, supplier evaluation, and procurement processes. - Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and cost optimization. - Excellent project management and execution skills with the ability to drive results. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership.,
