Associate Staff Consultant (PowerPoint Designer)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional design role, with a proven track record of creating sales PowerPoint presentations and application wireframes.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced skills in design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, specifically in the B2B space.
• Preferred: Experience working with and designing for technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling presentations primarily in PowerPoint to effectively communicate our value proposition to technical audiences.
• Create a variety of sales collateral, including placemat cards, video proposals, and other visual aids to support sales efforts.
• Translate complex data and technical information into clear, concise, and engaging visual formats.
• Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all sales materials.
• Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to understand their needs and gather content for presentations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices in visual communication.
• Manage and maintain a library of presentation templates and design assets for efficient use.
