ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Graphic Designer - Print, Retail & Packaging Assets who can create visually engaging and high-quality designs for our product packaging and other print assets. The role will focus on developing and adapting packaging designs, sales collaterals, and other marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and adapt product packaging across multiple formats, sizes, and SKUs.
• Create print materials such as brochures, POSM, event collaterals, and sales aids.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to bring packaging concepts to life.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all packaging and print outputs.
• Prepare and release final print-ready artwork files for vendors, printers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors for sampling, proofing, and quality checks of printed materials.
• Stay updated with packaging design trends, materials, and production techniques to bring innovation to the table.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print and packaging. (Internships/freelance projects count.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and print production processes.
• Experience in FMCG or product-based packaging design preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Portfolio link is mandatory with the application.
