Associate/ Sr. Associate / Manager

You will be joining a leading political consulting organization dedicated to providing professional support for political campaigns. Your work will involve envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. You will be part of project teams working on campaign strategies for political parties, managing end-to-end execution, coordinating with campaign teams, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels. Your role as an Associate / Senior Associate / Manager will require you to interact closely with political leaders and organizers, providing insights on campaign progress and effectiveness through continuous reporting and analysis. This role may involve evening and weekend work, as well as extensive travel, especially in specific northeastern states like Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh. To excel in this position, you should be intelligent, passionate, and self-driven with a clear understanding of consulting industry dynamics. You must possess excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client management, thought leadership, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Contribute ideas and strategies for campaign initiatives - Project-manage campaign initiatives from start to finish - Conduct research and present findings for on-ground initiatives - Demonstrate high-quality problem-solving and analytical skills - Exhibit a strong bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Hold a minimum degree from a Tier 1 academic institution - Previous experience in political consulting or a similar field is advantageous - Willingness to work, stay, and travel in Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, or Arunachal Pradesh - Candidates with backgrounds from northeastern states will be given preference - Understanding of Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, or Arunachal Pradesh region culture, geography, and political landscape is a plus This is a contractual role until December 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance.,
