Associate/ Sr. Associate / Manager

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be part of project teams in political campaigns, collaborating with both the Organization team and client team members to develop political and campaign strategies for the client (political party). Your responsibilities will include planning and managing end-to-end execution of campaign strategies, coordinating with campaign teams, and managing stakeholder engagements. You will have the opportunity to interact closely with political leaders and organizers at various levels during campaigns. The role will require evening and weekend work as well as extensive travel, particularly in Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh. You will be expected to work in specific northeastern states and engage with multiple stakeholders in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for the implementation of campaign initiatives. - Manage campaign initiatives from inception to completion. - Conduct research and present findings to develop on-ground initiatives. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, offering practical solutions for issues. - Exhibit a proactive approach and adaptability to handle ambiguous situations effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum degree from a Tier 1 academic institution. - Previous experience in political consulting or similar field would be advantageous. - Willingness to work, stay, and travel in Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh. - Candidates with a background from northeastern states will be given preference. - Familiarity with the culture, geography, and political landscape of the Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh regions will be beneficial. This is a contractual role until December 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance.,
