Role Description:

Arcadis India is seeking a creative and technically adept Associate / Sr. Associate - Landscape Architecture join our Architecture & Urbanism (A+U) Practice. The selected candidate will contribute to landscape visioning, design development, and project delivery across a range of public realm, urban infrastructure, mixed-use, institutional, and ecological restoration projects.Location:

Gurgaon or Mumbai

Role Accountabilities:

Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs that respond to climate, context, and community.
Work closely with urban designers, architects, and engineers to integrate landscape seamlessly within master plans and architectural projects.
Prepare technical drawings, planting plans, and BOQs in line with project and regulatory requirements.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to present design intent and respond to evolving briefs.
Contribute to sustainability goals through ecological and climate-responsive landscape solutions.
Manage and deliver landscape work packages on time and within budget.
Lead business development efforts and support in proposal preparation.
Stay informed on latest trends in regenerative design, native species planting, and green infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institute.
10–15 years of experience in landscape design and execution. Global exposure and experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape detailing, and irrigation systems.
Proven experience working on institutional, commercial, or large public realm projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; knowledge of GIS and BIM is a plus.
Strong visualization and communication skills with an eye for detail.
