Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Arcadis India as an Associate / Sr. Associate - Landscape Architecture in the Architecture & Urbanism (A+U) Practice. Your role will involve contributing to landscape visioning, design development, and project delivery for various projects including public realm, urban infrastructure, mixed-use, institutional, and ecological restoration projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs considering climate, context, and community requirements. - Collaborate with urban designers, architects, and engineers to seamlessly integrate landscape elements within master plans and architectural projects. - Prepare technical drawings, planting plans, and BOQs in compliance with project and regulatory standards. - Engage with clients and stakeholders to present design concepts and adapt to evolving project briefs. - Support sustainability goals through ecological and climate-responsive landscape solutions. - Manage and deliver landscape work packages within set timelines and budget constraints. - Lead business development initiatives and assist in proposal preparation. - Stay updated on the latest trends in regenerative design, native species planting, and green infrastructure. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institute. - 10-15 years of experience in landscape design and execution, with a preference for global exposure. - Proficient in planting design, hardscape detailing, and irrigation systems. - Demonstrated experience in institutional, commercial, or large public realm projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; familiarity with GIS and BIM is a plus. - Strong visualization and communication skills with attention to detail.
