Job Description

Overview

  • Join our HR Services team and help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across EMEA and APAC
  • Youll support background check and work authorization processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy while providing excellent service to candidates and internal partners
  • Role Responsibilities Process daily background check transactions, review candidate records, and update adjudication statuses in HR systems
  • Monitor case progress, follow up on pending actions, and escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • File and track work authorization documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Respond to routine inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding background checks and work authorization
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit readiness and compliance
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Services to ensure timely onboarding and issue resolution

Key Performance Indicators

  • Transaction Processing Time: Average time to complete background check and work authorization tasks
  • Accuracy Rate: Percentage of transactions completed without errors or rework
  • Compliance Rate: Percentage of work authorization filings completed per policy and regulations
  • Inquiry Response Time: Average time to respond to candidate and stakeholder inquiries
  • Escalation Timeliness: Prompt escalation of complex cases to senior team members
  • Data Accuracy: Accuracy of updates in HR systems and trackers
  • All About You Understanding of HR operations, preferably with exposure to onboarding or compliance background check and work authorization) processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Clear written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus
