Job Description

Our Purpose Title and Summary Associate Specialist, HR Services Over View: Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers. Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters. Collect and verify required onboarding documentation from new hires. Act as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions throughout the onboarding process. Maintain and update onboarding trackers, reports, and documentation to ensure process transparency and compliance. Monitor the status of new hires from offer acceptance to day one, ensuring all steps are completed on time. Collaborate with internal teams (Benefits, Payroll, Total Rewards, etc.) to ensure readiness for the new hire s first day. Administer the new hire process by reviewing and processing new hire transactions for MasterCard s Europe population. Communicate new policies/processes to employees; resolve inquiries promptly to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide priceless employee experiences . Manage confidential data professionally, adhering to HIPPA rules and MasterCard confidentiality requirements. All About the person: - Do you have a passion for people?
