Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Reporting to: Technical LeadJob function: DevelopmentRole Overview:The primary responsibility of an Associate Software Engineer will be to assist senior software engineers in developing and testing software code to ensure that it meets functional and performance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Analyzing business and technical requirements received.Implementing changes as per defined coding standards.Effort estimation of the required changes.Unit testing.Code optimizationSupporting QA and UAT testingAnalyzing and verifying defectsFixing defects and documenting as per defined standards.Follow agile practices and be part of all agile ceremonies.Qualifications:1.6 years 3 years of experience in Software development.B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving technology challenges and a can-do attitude.Prior experience in developing applications with focus on Microsoft Technologies.Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies.Strong communication skillsSelf-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.Skills Required:Experiences with full stack .Net development (C#, Visual Studio, OOPS, MVC, .net core, Mongo)API design and development including ReST, Soap, XML/JSON and Web APIDatabase schema design (e.g. SQL Server, Mongo)Code management (e.g. Git)SQL procedural programming experience (preferred).
