Job Description

Role Overview:

Management and coordination of customer recruitment processes, ensuring appropriate data and systems accuracy; working alongside the Recruitment Partner/Requisition Fulfilment function to ensure all processes ancillary to a customer's recruitment method are compliant and strictly adhered to.
Maintain good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders which may include but not be limited to: Recruitment Partners, Sourcing Partners, Supplier Partners, Hiring Managers, Candidates, PAs, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance

Role & Reponsibilities:

Depending on the nature of the delivery model, the Recruitment Administrator will perform some or all these tasks as appropriate:
Input of requisition authorisation by client on to the relevant system
Arrange vacancy briefings with suppliers
Administer internal and external job board postings, create advertisements and monitor the inventory for paid channels
Manage the selection and onboarding processes for stakeholders
Coordinate the arrangement of assessment centres
Interview scheduling and sending confirmations
Supporting the population and management of talent pools
Raising of purchase orders
Generation of regular and ad-hoc reports
On-site inductions for new starters

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate, with minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a relevant role
Literacy and numeracy experience
Excellent professional communication skills; written and verbal
Intermediate MS office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Previous experience of working in a shared services environment, with knowledge of recruitment industry compliance process
