Description
We are looking for a Associate Scrum Master Youll make a difference by: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration during each meeting. Guide and Coach the Team: Educate the team on agile practices, Scrum framework, and adherence to agile principles. Support the team in self-organization and foster an environment of trust and psychological safety. Manage Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving sprint goals. Proactively address conflicts, dependencies, and any external issues that impact team productivity. Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of feedback and learning within the team. Track team performance and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating action items from Serve as a Liaison: Act as a bridge between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders. Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to relevant parties. Maintain Transparency: Ensure transparency in project progress and status through effective use of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Keep sprint backlog, sprint burndown charts, and team performance metrics up to date and visible to all Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Key Competencies Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges. Desired Skills: 8-10 years of experience is required. Great Communication skills.
