Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for an Associate Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, and assisting the sales team in achieving the company’s objectives. Building long-term partnerships and representing the company professionally to boost brand growth will be a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
• Proficiency in client account management, relationship building, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of the event and BTL industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Availability to work on-site in Gurugram and travel as required
