Associate RPA Developer – Microsoft Power Automate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associat e RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to support the development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows. The candidate should have a basic understanding of automation concepts and a willingness to learn and grow within the RPA/Power Platform space. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) . Work independently to implement automation solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with business teams to understand use cases and translate them into automated processes. Perform basic testing, debugging, and deployment of automation solutions. Document technical specifications and process steps. Monitor and support deployed bots to ensure smooth operation and handle exceptions. Learn and apply best practices in RPA development and Power Platform tools. Required Skills: 1–2 years of experience in Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) development. Basic understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). Ability to create simple flows, automate emails, approvals, file handling, and data extraction. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Good to Have: Exposure to Power Automate Desktop (RPA capabilities). Basic knowledge of API integration and data sources (e.g., Excel, SQL, SharePoint). Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell or JavaScript) is a plus. Microsoft certifications (PL-900 or PL-100) are a bonus.
