Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to implement automation solutions across business processes for our client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate along with a strong understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and API integrations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows). Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and document process flows. Develop custom connectors, integrate third-party APIs, and build scalable, secure automations. Work with Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to create end-to-end solutions. Optimize and enhance existing Power Automate flows for improved performance and reliability. Monitor automation performance and resolve any issues post-deployment. Maintain proper documentation of the solutions including architecture, design, and user guides. Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to RPA governance and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of total experience in Microsoft Power Automate RPA development. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive. Experience with data sources like Dataverse, SQL Server, Excel, and third-party APIs. Ability to create and use custom connectors and integrate with REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
