As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the rural areas of Bihar, India. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking department, specifically in the Rural Banking division, focusing on Assets and Rural Unnati.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the rural areas of Bihar, India
• Understand the financial needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions
• Cross-sell various banking products and services to clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank
• Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities for business growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry
• Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Bihar, India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
