Source and acquire JLG customers through field visits and area mapping
Conduct centre meetings, group formations, and customer onboarding
Ensure timely loan disbursement and collection
Maintain portfolio quality and customer relationship
Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end service
Achieve monthly disbursement and collection targets
Comply with bank processes, KYC, and audit norms
Minimum 6 months 3 years of experience in Microfinance / JLG
Field sales experience preferred
Ability to work in rural/urban markets
Good communication and rapport-building skills
Two-wheeler preferred
