Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Relationship Management:
Deepening relationships with existing banking accounts and providing high-quality service.
Customer Acquisition:
Identifying new customers and converting business opportunities.
JLG Management:
Forming and managing Joint Liability Groups throughout the loan lifecycle.
Sales and Cross-selling:
Achieving sales targets, generating revenue through cross-selling other bank products, and promoting the bank's liabilities business.
Collections:
Maintaining high efficiency in loan collections.
Field Work:
Conducting field audits and customer verifications to ensure account quality.
Market Intelligence:
Gathering market intelligence and providing input on process improvements.
Compliance:
Ensuring all bank and regulatory requirements are met.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who have 3-6 Month experience in Field sales or who are fresher and comfortable for Field sales
