Job Description

Key responsibilities of an ARM-JLG include

  • Customer engagement:

    Driving client acquisition, building customer relationships at the household level, and capitalizing on the lifetime value of each relationship.
  • Group management:

    Creating and managing Joint Liability Groups and centers through their formation, disbursal, and collection phases.
  • Sales goals:

    Achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets.
  • Field activities:

    Conducting zoning activities to understand household needs and performing end-user checks after loan disbursals.
  • Cross-selling:

    Evaluating client needs and leveraging cross-sell opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Compliance and documentation:

    Ensuring compliance with bank requirements, monitoring accurate loan and savings account documentation, and coordinating with operations for timely data entry.
  • Field audits and verification:

    Conducting audits and verifying customers to ensure high-quality accounts.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who have Minimum 3-6 Month experience in Field Sales

or candidate who are fresher but interested in Group loan field sales
