Job Description

As an Associate Relationship Manager in the Retail Liabilities business of Branch Banking at IDFC First Bank, your primary role will involve managing and building a portfolio of Key Clients. This will entail engaging with clients to provide them with need-based solutions, ultimately leading to an increase in their existing share of wallet. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring HNI customers and onboarding them to the Privilege Program. Your duties will also include deepening existing banking relationships through cross-selling various products and solutions. It is crucial to ensure compliance with branch SOP and maintain control in sales and service processes. Acting as a pivotal interface between the bank and its key customers, you will be expected to provide complete banking solutions, portfolio management, wealth management, and exceptional customer servicing. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be tasked with conducting activities in the catchment area to acquire HNI customers and enhance the visibility of IDFC First Bank. Collaborating with other team members and support functions will be essential to provide customers with a wide range of product and service offerings. Furthermore, you will work on Key Central Initiatives such as the 1 Mn Framework and actively seek referrals from existing customers.
