Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets for Home Loans
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the Sirhind, Punjab region
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of Home Loan applications
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of Home Loans and mortgage products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  

Additional Parameters

• Fluency in Punjabi and English is required
• Willingness to travel within the Sirhind, Punjab region
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is preferred
• Experience in rural banking and working with low-income customers is a plus
