Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service and customer retention in the Rural Banking department. Your main focus will be on enhancing product sales and acquiring new clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new markets and attract customers by generating leads through local activities such as organizing canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and cold calling. - Service leads referred by sales front/cross-selling or other channels. - Manage client relationships effectively to enhance product sales and achieve new client growth targets. - Meet individual performance targets for income generation, product sales, and new client acquisition. - Guide customers from login to disbursement completion, providing counseling and support throughout the sanction and disbursement process. - Prevent customers from becoming non-starters by assisting collections in recovering EMIs in case of default. - Build relationships in the market by engaging with local builders, business communities, and new channels. Qualification Required: - Graduation in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other graduate degree. - 0 to 2 years of experience in NBFCs or Banking.,
