The role of an Associate Relationship Manager - Home loan / Loan against property in Rural Banking is focused on delivering high-quality client service, ensuring customer retention, and enhancing product sales and new client acquisition. Responsibilities include: - Identifying new markets and attracting new customers through local activities like organizing canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and cold calling. - Servicing leads referred by sales front/cross-selling or other channels. - Managing client relationships to enhance product sales and achieve new client growth targets. - Meeting individual performance targets for income generation, product sales, and new client growth. - Guiding the customer through the entire process from login to disbursement completion, including counselling and handholding. - Preventing customers from becoming non-starters by assisting collections in recovering EMIs in case of default. - Building relationships in the market by engaging with local builders, business communities, and new channels. The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduation degree in BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate field and possess 0 to 2 years of experience in NBFCs/Banking.,
