Associate Relationship Manager-HL/LAP

As an Associate Relationship Manager in Rural Banking, your role includes identifying new markets and attracting customers through various activities such as organizing canopy activities, distributing leaflets, and cold calling. You will be responsible for servicing leads referred by sales fronts and cross-selling channels. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality client service, enhancing customer retention, and achieving individual performance targets for income generation, product sales, and new client growth.
