As an Associate Relationship Manager-Home loan / Loan against property in the Rural Banking Department, your role revolves around delivering high-quality client service, ensuring customer retention, and boosting product sales and new client acquisition. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying new markets and attracting customers through local activities like organizing canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and cold calling. - Servicing leads referred by sales front/cross-selling or other channels. - Managing client relationships effectively to enhance product sales and achieve new client growth targets. - Meeting individual performance targets for income generation, product sales, and new client growth. - Guiding customers from login to disbursement completion, providing counseling, and necessary support throughout the sanction and disbursement process. - Preventing customers from defaulting by assisting collections in recovering EMIs. - Establishing relationships in the market by engaging with local builders, business communities, and new channels. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field. - Experience of 0 to 2 years in NBFCs/Banking.
