Associate Relationship Manager - Group

Role Overview: As an Associate Relationship Manager-JLG, your primary role is to deepen relationships with Banking accounts and provide exceptional service to customers. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify potential customers, convert them into business opportunities, and manage Joint Liability Groups effectively. Your responsibilities include mapping household needs, conducting end-user checks, generating revenue through cross-selling, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage zoning activity to identify household needs in allocated villages and areas. - Conduct end-user checks after loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets. - Assess client needs and explore cross-selling opportunities to generate new revenue streams. - Increase liabilities business penetration in new markets through lead generation and account opening. - Achieve individual and branch sales goals by acquiring new business, referrals, and retaining account relationships. - Maintain high collections efficiency and ensure accurate documentation of loans and saving accounts. - Coordinate with operations officer for timely data entry and compliance with bank requirements. - Conduct field audits and customer verifications to uphold the quality of accounts. - Stay updated on market intelligence and competitor practices to enhance service quality. - Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency across the branch network. - Support the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
