Role & responsibilities

The job role of an Associate Relationship Manager-HL/LAP at IDFC First Bank is to:

  • Strengthen relationships with rural banking accounts
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Identify customers' mortgage needs
  • Provide appropriate lending solutions
  • Drive client acquisition
  • Build customer relationships
  • Generate new revenue sources
  • Contribute to mortgage business penetration in rural markets
  • Map household needs based on customer interactions
  • Conduct end-user checks after disbursing loans
