Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable LAP products and services, including features, benefits, and risks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and achieve targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
