About the internship :

A 2-month intensive internship designed to offer hands-on exposure to client relations, brand partnership dynamics, and internal collaboration processes. Relationship Department is the heart of Mchase, bridging clients with the creative, strategy, and execution arms of the company.

Key responsibilities :

- Communication with clients and associates.

- Help coordinate meetings, prepare briefing documents, maintaining follow-up tasks.

- Support client onboarding and engagement strategies.

- Monitor and track relationship health metrics.

- Conduct market and client research to support relationship development.

- Document relationship feedback and assist in reporting and presentations.

Who we are looking for :

Final-year students, fresh graduates, early professionals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Fluency in English, Bengali, Hindi.

Well seasoned grooming.

Internship overview :

- Real-time exposure to client engagement and brand partnership dynamics.

- Mentorship from seasoned professionals with a legacy in business leadership.

- Recommendation letter and internship certificate upon completion.

- Stipend of Rupees twenty thousand only (Rs.20,000/-) on completion of 2 month internship.

- Added bonus, subject to success (to be calculated on transparent job score point system).

- Offer for full-time placement as any of the following designations commencing from September ’25.

1. Assistant Relations Officer understanding :

- Basic month pack : 10,000/-

- Refreshment Allowance (Food, Beverage): 1,500/-

- Communication Allowance (Transport): 1,000/-

- Knowledge Allowance (Magazine subscription/ course/ misc.): 800/-

- IT Allowance (WIFI, Computer hardware maintenance): 700/-

- Allowances will be provided based on submitted bills

- Bonus to be granted every month based on average job score.

- Below 35% average score at the end of the month will be considered failure resulting in termination.

2. Relations Officer

- Basic month pack : 14,000/-

- Refreshment allowance (Food, Beverage): 2,000/-

- Communication Allowance (Transport): 1,200/-

- Knowledge Allowance (Magazine subscription/ movie tickets/ course fee subjects to approval): 1,000/-

- IT Allowance (WIFI, Computer hardware maintenance): 800/-

- Allowances will be provided based on submitted bills

- Bonus to be granted every month based on average job score.

- Below 35% average score at the end of the month will be considered failure resulting in termination.

3. Executive Relations Officer

- Basic salary: 21,000/-

- Refreshment allowance (food, beverage): 2,800/-

- Communication allowance (transport): 2,000/-

- Knowledge allowance (magazine subscription/ movie tickets/ course fee subjects to approval): 1,500/-

- IT allowance (WIFI, computer hardware maintenance): 1,200/-

- Allowances will be provided based on submitted bills

- Bonus to be granted every month based on average job score.

- Below 35% average score at the end of the month will be considered failure resulting in termination.
