About the internship :

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Writer Intern who can craft compelling, fresh, and meaningful content that resonates with our audience. This 2 month internship offers hands-on experience and a pathway to a full-time role based on performance.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop engaging and original content for social media, websites, campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Assist in creating brand stories, product descriptions, taglines, and ad copies.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align visuals and written communication.
• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and brand tone.
• Contribute creative ideas for brand building and digital growth.

Who we are looking for :

• Strong command over written English and Bengali with a creative flair.
• Basic understanding of content marketing and social media trends.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
• Passion for storytelling, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO basics is a plus.

Internship overview :

- Hands-on exposure to brand-building in a start-up ecosystem.

- Opportunity to develop a versatile content portfolio.

- Mentorship and regular feedback from industry professionals.

- Recommendation letter and internship certificate upon completion.

- Stipend of Rupees twenty thousand only (Rs.20,000/-) on completion of 2 month internship.

- Added bonus, subject to success (to be calculated on transparent job score point system).

- Offer for full-time placement as any of the following designations commencing from September ’25.

1. Assistant Content Writer

- Basic month pack : 10,000/-

- Relaxation allowance (Food, beverage, spa): 1,500/-

- Stationary allowance (Paper stationary, art materials): 1,000/-

- Knowledge allowance (Magazine subscription/ course/ misc.): 800/-

- IT allowance (WIFI, computer hardware maintenance): 700/-

- Allowances will be provided based on submitted bills

- Bonus to be granted every month based on average job score.

- Below 35% average score at the end of the month will be considered failure resulting in termination.

2. Associate Content Writer

- Basic month pack : 14,000/-

- Relaxation allowance (Food, beverage, spa): 2,000/-

- Stationary allowance (Paper stationary, art materials): 1,200/-

- Knowledge allowance (Magazine subscription/ movie tickets/ course fee subjects to approval): 1,000/-

- IT allowance (WIFI, computer hardware maintenance): 800/-

- Allowances will be provided based on submitted bills

- Bonus to be granted every month based on average job score.

- Below 35% average score at the end of the month will be considered failure resulting in termination.

3. Executive Content Writer

- Basic month pack: 21,000/-

- Relaxation allowance (food, beverage, spa): 2,800/-

- Stationary allowance (Paper stationary, art materials): 2,000/-

- Knowledge allowance (magazine subscription/ movie tickets/ course fee subjects to approval): 1,500/-

- IT allowance (WIFI, computer hardware maintenance): 1,200/-

- Allowances will be provided based on submitted bills

- Bonus to be granted every month based on average job score.

- Below 35% average score at the end of the month will be considered failure resulting in termination.
