Job Title: Associate Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding
Location: Thane
Experience: 0.6 – 2 years

job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to support the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Screening:

  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare accurate job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.).
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, salary, notice period).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels and track feedback.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Selection & Coordination:

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure smooth communication.
  • Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters in coordination with the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews and candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding documentation, background verification, and medical checks.
  • Ensure all new hires complete joining formalities and are onboarded smoothly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with internal departments (IT, Admin, Payroll) for seamless Day 1 readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 years of experience in recruitment (end-to-end).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with onboarding software and HRMS is a plus.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring or technical/non-technical roles (as per your industry).
