This role blends data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic execution, ensuring smooth coordination across product, engineering, and business teams. Role & responsibilities Operational Excellence & Strategy Establish and refine processes to improve product development efficiency. Define best practices for prioritization, execution, and cross-team collaboration. Partner with product leadership to set operational goals and track key success metrics. Data-Driven Decision Making Analyze product performance data and market trends to influence strategy. Develop frameworks to measure and improve team efficiency. Work with analytics teams to ensure access to the right data for decision-making. Project & Resource Management Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Coordinate resources across product, engineering, and design teams. Identify and mitigate roadblocks, proactively driving resolutions. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams. Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies. Drive transparency through reporting, dashboards, and regular updates. Skills youll need to succeed in this role 5-9 years of experience in product operations, program management, business operations, or related roles. Proven track record of process improvement and operational impact. Strong data skills comfortable working with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Excellent project management and prioritization skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence decision-making across teams. Nice to have: Experience in an IT enterprise product company. Certification in Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or SAFe Agile) Familiarity with release management and DevOps processes. Exposure to Data Governance and Security
