Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with 6-9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of KYC processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the KYC process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
