Associate Program Manager ( Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy )

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Associate Program Manager (APM) to support strategic and

operational initiatives within the NoBrokerHood business vertical. This role

will focus on driving cross-functional projects, optimizing business

processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams such as Sales,

Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage end-to-end execution of key programs and initiatives

across business units.

• Design and maintain effective project workflows to ensure smooth

coordination and timely execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech,

Operations) to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Conduct data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to identify trends

and improvement opportunities.

• Streamline business processes, design SOPs, and automate repetitive tasks

to improve efficiency.

• Support leadership with strategic insights, business reviews, and process

audits.

• Manage dashboards and trackers to measure program KPIs and performance

outcomes.

• Assist in implementing organizational development initiatives and feedback

frameworks.Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• 24 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Business

Strategy

roles.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable

results.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or tech-driven organizations.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to PropTech, AdTech, EdTech, or D2C environments.
• Experience with marketing operations or performance management systems.
• Understanding of business automation, dashboards, and productivity

frameworks.
