Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly organized, proactive, and driven Program Manager

to lead end-to-end execution of

college engagement drives

across India's premier institutions, including IITs, IIITs, NITs, and other top colleges. As the

project owner

, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of all engagement initiatives.This role requires

strong leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on execution

capabilities, including occasional participation in on-ground college drives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of college engagement drives from planning and scheduling to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams/BOAs, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with colleges to finalize drive dates, handle administrative requirements, and manage logistics.
  • Work with internal teams to drive student registrations and maximize participation across target campuses.
  • Personally conduct or oversee drives at colleges, engaging directly with students, faculty, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Prepare and share comprehensive updates and performance reports with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance engagement effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across all involved teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 13 years of experience in project management, campus engagement, or a related role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills; prior experience leading cross-functional teams is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
  • Familiarity with placement processes, student engagement, or campus recruitment is preferred.
