Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale delivery engagements across multiple clients and geographies.
Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of services and solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary escalation point.
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business opportunities.
Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, Governance.
Monitor project health using KPIs such as utilization, margin, CSAT, and SLA adherence.
