Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor located in Tiruchirappalli. The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, guiding students in their projects, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include participating in faculty meetings, publishing research papers, and mentoring junior faculty members. The role also involves staying current with advancements in the field and being actively involved in the college's academic and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in a specific field of engineering (Civil, Computer Science, AI & Data Science, Electronics & Communications, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, VLSI Design, Thermal Engineering)
• Demonstrated research experience and a record of publishing research papers
• Excellent teaching skills and experience in using modern teaching methodologies
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ph.D. in a relevant field of engineering, preferred
• Experience in curriculum development and academic administration is a plus
